Happy New Year! 2019 is going to be an amazing year for the online flight simulation community and we are excited to be part of it.
I wanted to take a moment and discuss some recent ownership changes. I find sharing this information is important to maintaining transparency with our users.
POSCON was originally founded in 2016 by myself and another individual who has since left the company. In mid-2017, I took on an investor named Nicolas Lumermann, better known as DAL213 on Twitch. From that point, until just recently, POSCON was co-owned by Mr. Lumermann and I, with Mr. Lumermann holding a majority share. Along with the online flight simulation network project, POSCON also maintained a controlling interest in AirDailyX, and other ventures.
On December 8th, 2018, I purchased 100% of Mr. Lumermann’s shares of POSCON, leaving me as the sole owner of the network. As part of the deal, Mr. Lumermann will remain the owner of AirDailyX and other ventures, of which POSCON will hold no interest.
