Case 1 - Flight Simulator (Except XP11) :

You have to make sure that the POSCON launcher program as well as the pilot client is running.

 

Case 2 - XP11

If you are playing XP11, you must run both XP11 and POSCON Launcher with administrator privileges.

Alternatively, both XP11 and POSCON Launcher must be executed after releasing administrator privileges.

Unfortunately, you have to wait 2020 or be invited by a Beta tester or POSCON staff to learn about POSCON.

My personal opinion as former ATC is that humans can't be replaced.

Theory can be tested by computer evaluated tests, but efficiency and ability to control airplanes in airspace, that's resevrd for people.

By using this way, we would maybe shorten time needed for training to get higher rating, because only for exams you would need people, training could be just theory and practice on ATC position.

I think it is better to hire an instructor or examiner for each division.

If you look at VATSIM or IVAO, they have call codes by division.

For example, the USA for VATSIM is VATUSA and XA for IVAO.

The staff is also named VATUSA1,VATUSA2, and IVAO is XA-DIR,XA-MA.

I just want us to have a debate, not an official code.

I think POSCON thinks POSUSA1,POSUSA2 is good.

Or I think POCUSA1,POCUSA2 is also good.
