Case 1 - Flight Simulator (Except XP11) : You have to make sure that the POSCON launcher program as well as the pilot client is running. Case 2 - XP11 If you are playing XP11, you must run both XP11 and POSCON Launcher with administrator privileges. Alternatively, both XP11 and POSCON Launcher must be executed after releasing administrator privileges. But i hope to solve it in the first way
