    I loaded the .NET Framework 3.0 SP1 and I'm still having problems. This is what comes up on the explorer but it never gets to the login page. http://localhost:7272/oauth/authorize?state=2388147592000

    I'm following. Having the same problem and I do have Windows 10 Home. it worked fine before I sent my computer to be fixed. Now the launcher won't log in.
