If using traffic global will it conflict with POSCON??

It shouldn't have any conflict with your connection to the network. 

Only thing to keep in mind though, everyone operating on the network is expected to adhere to the published pilot policies & follow RW procedures. 

Ex. At my home airport, runway 23 is used primarily for arrivals and 05 for departures, but AI traffic & sim ATC may use different combination. When you are connected to POSCON, you are expected to use the rwy being used by other pilots, not AI. Same goes for taxi, approaches, SID/STAR etc.

Thank you. I took out AI from FSX but still use it in p3dv4.5.  I am using FSX for POSCON flights and training.
