    Yes yes, thanks for the explanation again, I found out what is exactly suggested here after a little search. It was my misunderstood.

    I thought it will be like how it is in VATSIM. So real aviators will make it better ?

    Yes it should, but my point here is are we sure that we want a huge sector controlling all of the Europe ? Also main problem in VATSIM for Europe division, divisions are not really working like divisions 3-5 supervisors of European Division decides on everything and it causes conflict.  

     In this topic we talked about conflicts and how to decrease them. This idea may cause conflicts if it is not organized well. In IVAO they dont have superior authority over division such as Eurocontrol so that stuff works as its supposed to be (still not convenient as I want). So if we implement this idea to POSCON its pros and cons have to be analyzed. Yes this idea can be implemented to POSCON but please not as it is in VATSIM.

    POSCON ve Turkish Virtual Airlines açılışına çok kısa bir süre kaldı. Bu süreçte Turkish Virtual Airlines yapım aşaması sürecini hızlandırmak için Sanal Havayoluna staff alımı yapmaya karar verdik. Başvuruları bu başlık altından yapabilirsiniz, genel aranan özellikler haricinde en büyük isteğimiz stafflık pozisyonlarına, sanal havacılığa gönül vermiş ancak bu işi dostluktan ve samimiyetten önde tutmayan arkadaşların başvurmasıdır.

    Aranan Özellikler:

    1.) Minimum 18 yaşında olmak.
    2.) Genel Havacılık bilgisine sahip olmak.
    3.) Sanal Havayolu websitesinde yöneticisi olduğu bölümü ilgilendiren detaylarla ilgilenebilecek vakti ayırabilmek.
    4.) Discord veya Teamspeakte sesli konuşma ile üyelerin soruları için en az minimum düzeyde vakit ayırabilmek.
    5.) Havacılık İngilizcesine hakim olmak ve İngilizce maillere cevap verebilecek düzeyde dil bilmek.

    I wouldn't mind either, as long as it offers the best virtual aviation experience which seems it does ?

    Currently, VATSIM ARTCC's, try to operate like real world air traffic control.  They have the airspace carved out like the real world, along with pages on top of pages of SOP's, and hundreds of pages of LOA's, most of which gets ignored by the majority of controllers once they move out of training, BUT, has to be learned during training.  Have you given any thought to simplifying the airspace, the intra-facility procedures, and the inter-facility procedures, to streamline controller training, and get more ATC involved?

    I think you have a real chance here to do what VATSIM failed to do.  VATSIM tried to make controller training easier with global ratings, but failed that, by giving the ARTCC's too much control.  You have the ability, I think, to create a smoother path for ATC participants, which will mean more controllers, which will mean more ATC online at any one time, which will attract more pilots to the network.  If you mirror VATSIM's controller training, and setup, you will, I believe, be  left with spotty ATC coverage, and that will give no incentive for people to fly on the POSCON network.

    Agreed, and it should be somewhere between VATSIM and IVAO.

    Mümkün olduğunca kişinin foruma ve divisiona kayıt olmasını sağlayarak POSCON ve POSCON Türkiye divisionuna direkt olarak yardımcı olabilirsiniz. Beta release tarihinden önce kayıt olanlar beta versiyonuna erişim hakkı elde edecekler bildiğim kadarıyla. Facebook sayfamızdanda takip edebilirsiniz heyecan verici bir gelişme olduğunda direkt olarak oradan paylaşıyoruz :) En az bende sizin kadar heyecanlıyım.

    Öncelikle POSCON a hoşgeldiniz Haziran 2018 tarihinden itibaren server açılacak şu anlık herhangi bir program yükleyemiyorsunuz malesef :) POSCON ile ilgili gelişmeler için forumu takip etmeye devam edin.

    Merhaba arkadaşlar,

    Öncelikle takip etmeyen veya İngilizce bilmeyen arkadaşlar için bilgi olarak, POSCONdaki çalışmalar hızla devam ediyor ve Haziran 2018 de beta sürümü olarak biz kullanıcılara açılması planlanıyor. Server protokolü hazırlanmış ve test uçuşları gerçekleştirilmiş. Bu süreçte bizde Türkiye divisionu olarak bizden talep edilen bilgi ve içerikleri POSCON tarafına temin ediyoruz. Ekip olarak 10 yılı aşkın uçuş simulasyonu deneyimimiz ve hem IVAO'daki hemde VATSIM'deki uçuş ortamını ve sosyal ortamı gördüğümüz için iki tarafında artılarını eksilerini ölçüp POSCON da olmasını ve olmamasını istediğimiz şeyleri tartışıyoruz. Bu başlığı açmamdaki amaç bu tartışmayı hep birlikte yapmak, kısacası POSCON dan ve POSCON Türkiye divisionundan beklentilerinizi ve isteklerinizi bu başlık altına yazabilirseniz sevinirim :)
