    zh-HK, zh-TW can be very different from zh-CN, zh-MC, zh-SG. Terminology can be totally different, not just "simplified" or traditional Chinese...

    For localization in general, will a standard format like *.xliff be adopted so the community or professional can easily contribute? and a way to preview on dev machine while editing the text / image
