Hey this my first time posting, and im just wondering if you will be able to send/receive HF from controllers and if you will be able to hear SELCAL tones when you do. I don't know if VATSIM has this or not because I've never crossed a pond in VATSIM.

Here are some examples:

VATSIM uses "SELCAL" on normal VHF frequencies, dealt with by the pilot client when a specific message (I think in the format "SELCAL DH-CG")

But, that's not how it should work; I'd assume it is a goal to do it properly here

POSCON intends to simulate this to the fullest possible extent including simulating HF propagation on the correct frequencies. The pilot client will work with the use of HF SELCAL and alert the pilots to an ATC voice request. The pilot client will also support CPDLC.
