As mentioned in other topics, our training system is rather unique and I don't want to get into major details about it yet. It will separate us from other networks. We are not at the point where we are selecting divisional staff (and won't be for a while). Quite frankly, we are doing our very best to eliminate bureaucracy from the network so I don't expect there to be many position available when we do start to promote people.
