I might not have seen yet but are you guys planning to have a build in way to make the ATIS or have a separate program to handle that.

I believe the ATIS will be server side, meaning controllers will not have to host one.

In the USA, every major airport will have an ATIS running regardless of whether ATC is online or not. When ATC signs on, the airport ATIS can be reconfigured to the controller's preference if necessary.

What about for EU countries?

May each division build a structure customized to each airport and make it online without any ATC?

That is the plan.

How will weather work? If ATIS is running it must be getting the info from somewhere?  How will that effect those using active sky or rex sky force or no weather at all?

with weather be injected into poscon like the old Bva multiplayer server?

In Italy, ATIS is available only with VHF frequencies, only for Milano Malpensa-LIMC and Roma Fiumicino-LIRF have departure ATIS and also arrival ATIS. I hope that will be developed also an ATIS with vocal (on radio) system. 

Will be developed also the VOLMETS?
