Many of you have "legacy" accounts that pre-date our HQ software, which means you registered via the forums only and are not completely in the system yet.

Please make sure you register in HQ by visiting the following link:

https://hq.poscon.net/register

Use the same name and email as you used to register previously for the forums and the accounts will automatically merge.

Also, if you attended FSExpo 2019, that email should be the same as you used when you signed the attendance sheet.

I've had my account for a while. I don't think I've ever registered via the HQ app, but when I tried to register, it said that I was already in the database.

So it seems like I'm in the new system.

Yes because HQ is not released to the public yet.

Try going to https://www.poscon.net and signing up with the same email you used in this forum initially. You will get a error "email already in use" but that should be okay. Then log out of everything and try again

Let me know if this doesn't work.
