Galera, vamos postar aqui algumas possíveis soluções de problemas que a gente conheça para que quem encontre algum deles saiba como resolver ao efetuar um voo pelo TRIPS.

 

PROBLEMA 1

Fiz tudo corretamente, mas a informação de "PAX" não aparece no meu voo.

Se após a decolagem, NENHUMA informação do seu FPL aparecer quando você clicar na sua aeronave, acione o transponder 2000 por uns 5 segundos, e depois retorne para o seu transponder correto.

 

PROBLEMA 2

No LIVEMAP, quando clico no meu avião, após a decolagem, as informações do meu voo aparecem corretamente, como ORIGEM e DESTINO. Contudo, sem a informação de "PAX".

Verifique se o voo que esteja fazendo é realmente uma TRIP. Caso seja, atualize o seu navegador através da tecla de atalho "CTRL+F5" e veja se a informação de "PAX" aparece.
