how do you setup frequencies for the radar client? i'm new to this radar client compared to VRC client.

Your question could be interpreted in a couple ways.
Do you want to activate your frequency to control or do you want to add/edit frequencies in general?

In any way, please read the document prepared by AJ for the Radar Client. It has been made specifically to answer such questions.

Is the unique condition to speak with a ATC to sintonice his frequency? Must do it in the Web UI? When sintonice in my sim plane does not change in the Web UI.
