How about just a general “Pacific” division.  Hawaii, and all the other little islands scattered throughout the pacific.  Generally not too much traffic, or interest, so would probably work best with them all combined into one division.  Guam, Hawaii, All Islands on United’s Island Hopper route, etc.

Most of the Pacific is covered under Oakland ARTCC/FIR, so that would fall under the USA Division. Guam also would fall under the USA Division.

Some of those FIRs could be combined, but we will probably keep them separate at first - do you have a specific one you are interested in @Robert Schumacher ?

I’m not familiar with any CERAPS besides Guam & Honolulu.  Whatever ones cover the Island Hopper route are fine with me.  But those islands are so small, they’re probably covered by either Honolulu, Guam, or Oakland like you said.  So that’s fine with me!
