[[{"id":1,"title":"OPSI","content":"\n\n\tPor possuir duas pistas paralelas, o Aeroporto de Bras\u00edlia opera pelo procedimento OPSI, que consiste em aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o e decolagens onde os m\u00ednimos de separa\u00e7\u00e3o ATS n\u00e3o s\u00e3o aplicados. Para que essa opera\u00e7\u00e3o ocorra, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que os procedimentos\u00a0ILS\u00a0de ambas as pistas em uso estejam em pleno funcionamento.\u00a0Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o deste procedimento, existe a Zona de N\u00e3o Transgress\u00e3o (NTZ), devido a n\u00e3o aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos m\u00ednimos de separa\u00e7\u00e3o. A NTZ \u00e9 uma zona de 800 metros de largura, estabelecida de forma equidistante entre as duas linhas de extens\u00e3o de centro de pista. Em caso de viola\u00e7\u00e3o da NTZ, \u00e9 dever do ATC intervir\u00a0imediatamente\u00a0a fim de estabelecer a separa\u00e7\u00e3o entre as aeronaves.Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de Aproxima\u00e7\u00f5es Paralelas Simult\u00e2neas Independentes (APSI), o\u00a0ATCO do APP-BR\u00a0dever\u00e1 informar, o mais breve poss\u00edvel, a pista em uso e o procedimento\u00a0ILS\u00a0designado para cada uma das aeronaves. O piloto em comando dever\u00e1 cotejar,\u00a0de imediato, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas sobre a pista em uso e o procedimento\u00a0ILS\u00a0a ser executado. O ATCO dever\u00e1 prover separa\u00e7\u00e3o de 1000FT ou 3NM, de acordo com as capacidades do sistema de vigil\u00e2ncia ATS, at\u00e9 que as aeronaves estejam estabilizadas nos respectivos cursos do LOC e dentro da Zona de Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Normal (NOZ).\n\n\n\n\tA manobra evasiva \u00e9 o principal meio de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflito nas APSI.
