Virtual Operators

M001 identifies the Ops Specs holder. The name must be the full name of the Virtual Military Operator. M001 also specifies the kinds of operations authorized, the applicable regulatory and military authority under which the operations are to be conducted.

M001 restricts the Virtual Military Operator from conducting military operations outside of airspace controlled by the military authority named in M001 without a specific exemption.

M001 also authorizes the use of specific ICAO airline codes and the associated radio telephony.
