Returning Old Members

This section is for members returning to POSCON for the first time in a very long time (i.e. prior to December 2021). In order to ensure the you have the best experience possible with our software, it is good practice to do a clean installation before trying to install new software:
- Make sure all flight simulator platforms are not running.
- Go to Windows search bar and type the following: "Add or remove programs". Click on the suggestion and then in the "Search this list" text field under "Apps & features", type: "POSCON". Uninstall all results.
- Go to Windows search bar again and type "%localappdata%" and find all "POSCON" related directories and delete them.
- Go to Windows search bar and type "%appdata%"" and find all "POSCON" related directories and delete them.
- Next, download new software from this link https://launcher.poscon.net/latest
- Update clients to new version through the Launcher.
NOTE: You may need to logout and back into the POSCON HQ website for other changes to take effect. Additionally, it may be a good idea to clear your web browser's cache.
